About Us

Piperton Preserve at RusDun Farms is a master-planned community situated at the heart of Piperton, Tennessee. Bordered by Poplar Avenue and Keough Drive, it provides easy access to I-69 and neighboring Collierville. The development was thoughtfully designed to offer a range of home styles and prices to appeal to all lifestyles. Estate lots are situated near the edges of the community, while more intimate garden homes neighbor the planned town square and retail area along Poplar.

The community was built on land that was once part of RusDun Farms, which has a rich agricultural history dating back to the 19th century. The farm was home to cattle, dairy cows, and even a commercial egg operation over the years. Melvin D. Russell named the farm "RusDun" in 1970 to honor both the Russell and Dunn families who were early settlers of the area.

One of the most unique aspects of Piperton Preserve is its integration of green spaces and walking paths, providing a connection to the area's rural roots. A heavily wooded community park sits in the heart of the neighborhood within an easy walk of all homes. Trails link residential streets to the park and future town square, encouraging walkability and interaction with nature.

The vision for Piperton Preserve aims to blend the best of country living with suburban convenience. Once complete, it will contain approximately 240 single family homes centered around a vibrant town square. Piperton Preserve represents the continuing story of RusDun Farms and the growth of Piperton itself.
